Hello. I have been teaching sixth grade for twelve years. For the first six years, I was in a self-contained class and then taught history, English, and many various iterations of a tech class. Currently, I am a founding teacher at Willie L. Brown Middle School in San Francisco and I am also the tech lead there. Over the years, I have worked to transition every school to the digital age by helping implement online tools for collaboration and communication. I have taught sessions at Fall Cue, Lead 3.0, and ECET2. Last year I joined the CUE SF board and am excited to be the current vice president. I am a Raspberry Pi certified teacher and love to tinker with the new tech tools. I enjoy traveling the world, reading tween novels, and building ancient Egyptian temples. I can often be found using apple devices to find new hands-on lessons for my classes.
